That Was The Week That Was! (A Love Revue Poem Blog on last week...)

Now, what a week, the last week was!
We say this simply now, because.
On Tuesday, James Eckhardt had his keyboard played -
By Guy Chambers, who with Robbie Williams made -
The song 'Angels', which on Tuesday he sang and raised the roof and raised a grand! -
At Ludka's fantastic charity night,
We almost raised 20 grand, alright!
And Tess Daley presented with much finesse
And got 6 grand for two tickets to 'Strictly Come Dancing' - bless!...
...Well, that was Tuesday and then where did we play?
Well, we did a gig at the ICA,
A think tank, named Respublica, we entertained their launch.
The vibe was funky, yet the views were staunch.
James wore my coat and I wore his and Janith as ever, was looking the biz!
Next gig we play at the Jazz Cafe, on December 13th, Number 5, Parkway...
